These terms of use constitute a contract between you and Klaatu Films, which will be legally binding and legally enforceable. The terms "clip" and "video clip" refer to the video(s) uploaded via this form. By submitting your video clip, you automatically grant Klaatu Films an irrevocable worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, commercial license (coupled with the right to Klaatu Films to grant sublicenses to third parties, including promotional partners) to publicly display or re-display it and/or derivative works created from it in all forms of media. You represent that you own the clip you are providing and all associated rights to it and/or have the unencumbered legal right to grant the above-referenced license. You further represent that such materials do not infringe any third party copyrights or other third party intellectual property rights, or privacy rights. You certify that no animals were harmed in the making of the clip. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Klaatu Films, the Talking Animals Channel, and third party sublicensees or promotional partners for any and all losses resulting your submission of the clip, including any claims related to any inaccuracy of such representations. You understand that not all clips will be selected for use. These Terms & Conditions will be interpreted pursuant to the laws of Ontario, Canada and the courts in Toronto, Ontario shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to determine any disputes related to the clip and these Terms & Conditions.
